I had ordered 440 pounds worth of hardware from HIATT HARDWARE but returned all the items as they were no longer required !! The items were returned through Royal Mail tracked service and they were received and signed by Hiatt hardware..
When they processed the refund they said they only received 4 items valued at 38 pounds claiming the other items were not found in the return box and lying and blaming Royal Mail that it dropped the items in transit so the rest 402 pounds will not be refunded,
This is some fraud company in Birmingham ! Don’t trust these people. The are there openly cheating customers. Beware of this company. They cannot be trusted.
